How long will it take for delivery?

Next day delivery is available for orders made before 5pm Monday to Friday.

If advanced payment is required we will process your order once payment has been received. If advanced payment is required, and you urgently need the products, we recommend payment on delivery by cash or credit card.

We can deliver our products at a time which is convenient for you.
You can choose from the following:

Please understand that we cannot offer this service to some areas, for example remote islands.

Post office collection

We can deliver our products to a post office of your choice. You can find a full list of post offices here:

You can search for the post office which is most convenient for you to collect your order from, either near home or work.
If you choose to pick it up at the post office, you need to present proof of your identity. Please ensure you order in your real name for this purpose.
Post offices do not normally contact you (if you give your mobile number when ordering, they ring you on your mobile.) We will email or call you with a designated number which you will need to pick up your order.

It normally takes two days for the order to arrive at the post office and they will keep it for 10 days. If you fail to collect your order within 10 days, it will be automatically sent back to us. If this happens you will have to pay for the extra delivery cost of resending. We therefore request that you pick up your order within 10 days.

Collection from courier office

You can pick up your order at the offices of Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. When you order, please indicate which office you wish to pick up your order from in the address column. When collecting please ensure the office belongs to either Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

Collection from an address other than your home

We can deliver to an address other than your home. However, if the name of the person receiving the delivery is different to the one who made the order, we may not be able to leave the package. If you wish to receive your order at an address other than your home, please ensure that you order in the name of the person at the address where the order is to be sent.
We can also send your order to places like hotels. Please let us know the name of the hotel, room number and the name at the hotel when you order. We recommend that you inform the reception staff about your delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.

Posting outside Japan

We can ship our products outside Japan. The delivery charge will depend on the destination and the total payment made. For details please refer to the delivery charge section of our website.

Out of stock

Despite doing our best to keep stock of all our products we do at times run out of popular products. We keep the information updated on our website about out of stock products. If the product you choose is out of stock, please choose one of two options :
a. receive your order when all items become available in one delivery
b. receive your products as they become available which would be potentially in multiple deliveries If you choose the latter, we only charge delivery for the first shipment.

Sender and content information

We do not send our products with the name of f 'Love Piece Club' as the sender. Instead we use our registered company name as the sender which does not have any association with sex products, We will email you with delivery information such as the name of the sender or the number attached to the document.
We can also send our products in a personal or other company's name. In this case, it will be delivered with a sender of 'Delivered by XXX (our registered company name) at the request of (customer's name)'. We can also declare contents as 'PC related products' 'books' or 'cosmetics'.
We normally use Sagawa Express as our partner courier. However, we can use Yamato Transport or Yu-pack. Please indicate your preference when ordering if you would prefer us to use Yamato Transport or Yu-pack. (For customers living in Okinawa or remote islands, we send our product using Yu-pack.)

Delivery charge for domestic destinations

400 yen for all domestic delivery
600 yen for receiving your order at post office
Additional 300 yen handling fee for cash on delivery
No delivery charge for any order over 10,000 yen (excluding consumption tax)

FAQ on delivery

QCan you use a courier which is not Sagawa-Express？: AWe can send your purchase using Yamato Transport or Yu-pack. Please indicate this in the box when ordering. (For customers living in Okinawa or remote islands, we can only offer shipping by Yu-pack. Please accept our apologies.)
QI feel anxious about receiving my order at home as I live with my family.: AYou can choose the time of delivery or the post office from where you pick up your order. In addition, we can send our products with contents listed as ‘books’ or use a personal name as sender.. Please indicate this in the box on the form if you wish when ordering. We can send to a personal or a company's name if you wish. In this case, it will be delivered with a sender of 'Delivered by XXX (our registered company name) at the request of (customer's name)'.
QCan we specify the time of delivery?: AYou can choose the time of delivery from different options; morning before noon, 12am to 2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm or 6pm to 9pm except certain areas such as remote islands. However, we are afraid that sometimes there may be a delay due to traffic or weather conditions.
QCan you send my order under the name of a different shop, such as Rakuten shop?: AWe can send our products under the name of our registered corporate name, instead of ‘Love Piece Club’, or under a personal or another company’s name if you wish.. In this case, it will be delivered with a sender of 'Delivered by XXX (our registered company name) at the request of (customer's name)'. We cannot use the name of an existing company such as 'Rakuten shop'.
QI live on a small island which is a part of Okinawa prefecture. How much does it cost to deliver your products here?: AOur delivery charge is 400 yen to all domestic destinations including Okinawa and remote islands. For Okinawa and remote, we will send our goods by Yu-pack with the same delivery charge (400 yen) applied. (If you wish to pay cash on delivery, a handling fee of 300 yen will be added. If you choose to receive the products at the post office, the delivery charge will be 600 yen).
QI meet my partner once a month at a hotel. Can you deliver to the hotel?: AWe can deliver our products to a hotel if we know the date, although we cannot bring them to the hotel in person. Please let us know the name of the hotel, your name, and your room number (if possible) with the date you will be staying there. If you inform the staff at the hotel about your delivery, it will help ensure a smooth transaction.
