Packaging to respect your privacy

We are often asked by our customers how we ship our products.
All our products are carefully hand-packed by our staff in our office in order to meet customers' requirements. If the outer box contains an explicit image such as a penis or anything which can be associated with sex, we will remove the packaging.
We also pack in a way which minimizes waste.. Our staff check the products and carefully pack them under hygienic conditions. Gift packaging is offered for free.

Courier delivery

We send our products without using 'Love Piece Club' as the sender name, instead using our our registered corporate name which does not have associations with sex products.
An email will be sent to you prior to delivery informing you of the sender’s name or dispatch code. We can send our products using a personal name or another companies name as the sender if required.
Under these circumstances we will send it as 'XXX(our registered company name) at request of (customer's name)'. We can also send our products labeled as 'cosmetics' 'books' or 'PC items' if you wish. You can also collect from a post office.
As a precaution to allow for the possibility of your family opening the box by mistake, we remove any packaging which can be associated with sex products and give them extra wrapping so that they are hard to discover. If you have any concerns over your privacy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We normally use Sagawa-Express as a courier. However, it is possible to send our products through Yamato Transport or Yu-pack so please indicate this on the order form. (For customers living in Okinawa or remote islands, only Yu-pack is available as a delivery option. Please accept our apologies for this.

Direct mail

Love Piece Club regards protecting the privacy of our customers to be of the utmost importance. You will never receive any direct mails from other companies as a result of purchasing our products. Please be assured that your privacy is securely protected and enjoy your shopping.

Should customers wish they will receive a twice yearly invitation to our sale, it will be sent in a sealed,non-transparent envelope. If you wish to receive these invitations please tick the box requesting a catalogue when placing an order.
